Legal Ground Truth (legalgroundtruth.com) is operated by Capi Labs, Inc. ("Capi Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and our evaluation service, how we use it, and how to reach us. It is publicly available at legalgroundtruth.com/privacy and does not require an account to read.
Information we collect
- Email address. If you sign in, we collect your email address to send you a magic sign-in link. If you request a report by emailing chris@capilabs.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Contracts and evaluation data. If you submit contracts (such as NDAs) for evaluation, we store those documents and the evaluation results we generate from them in order to produce your comparative report.
- Routine technical logs. Our hosting and infrastructure providers keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) needed to operate the site securely.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the service: to sign you in, to run the contracts you submit through the models being evaluated, to prepare and deliver the comparative report, and to respond when you contact us. To produce an evaluation, the text of the contracts you submit is processed by the AI models under evaluation for that purpose.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use the contracts you submit, or the evaluation data generated from them, to train third-party AI models.
- We do not run third-party advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
Cookies
The site uses cookies only to keep you signed in after you use a magic link. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service, including Supabase (authentication and data storage) and our web hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service described above.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain the comparative record described in your report. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to delete documents you submitted, by emailing chris@capilabs.ai.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
